TFC Guidelines The Texas Facilities Commission – Professional Service Provider Guidelines and Standards (Edit Date: 1/15/2010) has mandated the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D 2010. Other software now required includes, but is not limited to Revit, Navisworks, and Design Review (for publishing DWF files; dwfx files are unacceptable).
